By train to Utrecht Central Station
From Utrecht Central Station to Hubrecht Institute:
Bus 128 & 28, or tram 22: Get out at the bus/tram stop “P+R Science Park”. From the bus stop, follow the signage towards UMC Utrecht. Along the way, after approximately 3 minutes, you will pass the Hubrecht Institute on your right.

Parking: for employees and visitors with a physical disability, there is a designated parking space at our parking lot (south side of the building).

Entering the building: the entrance on the south side of the building (parking lot) is accessible via a ramp. The door can be opened with a tag (for employees) or by pressing the bell at wheelchair height (for visitors). Visitors will be granted access by the reception during opening hours.

Inside the building: wheelchair accessible toilets are available. Please ask at the reception where to find them. The building is virtually barrier-free, the corridors are wide, and many doors open automatically, provided the person has the correct access permission. Elevators provide access to all departments.

You can contact file a formal complaint via https://www.nationaleombudsman.nl/klacht-indienen/uw-klacht (website in Dutch). Please note that we are part of the KNAW, so please select KNAW and specify in your complaint that your complaint is about the Hubrecht Institute.

We maintain press contact through our Communications department. They kindly assist journalists and other media representatives with more information concerning press releases, newsworthy events or arranging an expert in a certain field of research.

Are you a student looking for an internship at the Hubrecht Institute? We advise you to directly e-mail the group leaders of the research groups in which you are most interested, as only they know whether there are internship positions in their group.
